We were pre-approved for a House! we are looking now, but we are going to miss out on the $8,000 tax credit because it ends soon. we are so excited!
Does anyone use redfin.com? we love it, is there any other ones out there that you recommend?

Wow thanks for sharing. That is such exciting news! Then when you get a place you can start having a family and join the parenthood ranks!!! We have been praying for the MRS. Is she getting better?
Yeah as soon as we get a house and settle in we should be ready to start popping out kids!
She is doing alot better, she went to work Thursday and Friday. Thanks for praying for her!

hey courtney (jane, here)...I know I'm like a month late on this comment. I just read your post and that's awesome!! Yeah, it's a bummer to miss out on the tax incentive. We got prequaled and started looking back in April and we're just barely in escrow now, 6 months later. We used Redfin too, but get an agent!! They have the inside scoop. They got the MLS on house we're buying before redfin. We toured and put in an offer and it spent maybe a day or two on redfin before they took it down. We have a great agent who is an expert with the CV area, so if you need an agent, let me know if you'd like her info! Congrats and happy hunting!!
